Who is this resilience conference for?

For executive leadership, the executive committee, managers—and, depending on the context, mixed teams. The experience is especially valuable when the organization is going through a transformation, restructuring, a period of heightened risk, or a chain of surprises—when unity, coordination, and initiative make all the difference.

What actually happens during the session?

As soon as they arrive, each participant receives a light-up wristband. The conference then unfolds in plenary through a series of short, dynamic sequences: a brief story to set a reference point, a simple wristband interaction, then a quick debrief to turn what was just experienced into the right reflexes. The Sphere is a virtual animation that reacts live on screen to the group’s balance: you see the impact of choices, you adjust, and the team leaves with a shared language.

What technical setup is required?

A standard AV setup is enough: a projector or a screen, plus sound. We bring the rest: wristbands, a sensor, and a control computer. We can connect to your system based on your constraints (HDMI, VGA, mini-jack, USB-C).

Is it a “participatory” conference or an activity?

It’s an immersive conference: the pace stays controlled, the setting is comfortable, but the audience isn’t just watching. Participation is simple (a gesture) and guided. The goal isn’t to “play a game,” but to spark a collective wake-up call and make visible dynamics that are usually invisible.

What topics are covered, specifically?
